Boursin Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 boneless breasts of chicken
Boursin cheese or Alouette (at room temperature)
6 slices bacon
flour
salt
pepper
paprika
Preparation
-
Flour chicken with herbs.
Cook bacon in large frying pan. Save enough bacon fat in pan to cover bottom of pan.
Saute chicken in fat until golden.
Layer bacon on the chicken with a dollop of Boursin.
Cover pan until the cheese is melted.
Serve with rice and salad.
So easy and elegant.
