Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium potatoes
    1 bay leaf
    1 can cream of celery soup (cream of mushroom is better)
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Boil potatoes with jackets on with bay leaf and cook until tender.
    Cool, then peel.
    Shred potatoes into an oblong baking dish.
    Mix soup, onion and sour cream in a mixing bowl.
    Cover potatoes with mixture.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or little less.
    Don't burn.
    can put in microwave for 15 minutes, but watch the cheese.
