Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. corn meal
    1 c. sour cream or buttermilk
    2/3 c. cooking oil
    1 c. creamed corn
    1 Tbsp. red pepper flakes
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except cheese.
    Pour half into greased skillet.
    Add half of cheese.
    Pour remaining ingredients and top with rest of cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
