Beef Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box manicotti
    1 lb. ground beef
    16 oz. Ricotta cheese
    2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, shredded
    2 eggs
    1 c. crackers
    1 can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Cook manicotti as directed; drain and place on foil in a single layer.
    Cook and drain ground beef.
    Mix all ingredients with beef.
    Stuff pasta.
    Add in a single layer in a baking dish. Spoon 1/2 cup tomato sauce over top.
    Sprinkle top with Mozzarella cheese.
    Cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer.
