Cherry Cheese Tarts For 24 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 vanilla wafers
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3/4 c. white sugar
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Line medium muffin paper cups with a vanilla wafer in each bottom of a cup.
    Combine ingredients and beat until light and fluffy.
    Fill cups 2/3 full of cheese mixture.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 or 20 minutes.
    Chill and then top before serving with any fruit mixture for pies.
