Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg
5 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. melted fat
1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together. Beat egg. Add milk and melted fat. Add to dry ingredients. Beat until smooth. Stir in corn.
Let stand 5 to 10 minutes.
Fry in fat until golden brown.
