Herbed Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 tsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    Dash pepper
    5 firm tomatoes (peeled if hard)
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. chopped chives
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 c. chopped celery
Preparation
    In deep skillet, melt butter, add sugar, salt and pepper. Add tomatoes, cored side down.
    Cover, cook gently 5 minutes. Carefully turn tomatoes.
    Add last four ingredients to sauce. Cook uncovered 5 more minutes, spooning mixture in pan over top. Spoon extra sauce on top and serve hot.
