Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    5 1/2 oz. Sego milk
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. raisins
    2 c. whole milk
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Scald Sego and whole milk in saucepan.
    Mix salt, sugar and cornstarch.
    Add milk; bring to boil.
    Pour a little milk mixture into eggs, stirring constantly.
    Add egg mixture to milk and thicken.
    Add vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Add rice and raisins.
