Pineapple-Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drain and save juice or 1 large can chunk pineapple, drained
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine
1/4 c. pineapple juice
1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation

Mix flour, sugar and juice until smooth; add cheese.
Spread pineapple in bottom of dish and cover with cheese mixture.
Mix margarine and crackers and spread on top.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
