Peach Kuchen - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ripe fresh peaches
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 c. sifted flour
    2/3 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1 c. unsalted butter (soft), divided
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. peach preserves

    Preheat
    oven to 400\u00b0.\tLightly grease 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll
    pan.\tSlice
    peaches\t1/4-inch thick into a large bowl (4 cup).
    Add lemon juice;
    toss to coat.
