Spiced Cranberry-Orange Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. (12 oz.) fresh cranberries
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
1 pkg. (8 serving size) or 2 pkg. (4 serving size each) Jell-O cranberry orange, lemon or raspberry flavor gelatin
1 orange, sectioned and diced
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. cold water
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Finely chop cranberries in blender or food processor container; mix with sugar.
Set aside.
Stir boiling water into gelatin and salt in large bowl 2 minutes or until completely dissolved.
Stir in cold water, juice, cinnamon and cloves. Refrigerate about 1 1/2 hours or until thickened.
Stir in cranberries, orange and nuts.
Spoon into 5-cup mold which has been lightly sprayed with no-stick cooking spray.
Refrigerate about 4 hours or until firm.
Unmold.
Garnish as desired.
Makes 10 servings.
