Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/3 c. uncooked rice
    1 small cabbage head
    1 can tomato soup
    1 soup can water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion in skillet and drain.
    Cut cabbage in casserole dish.
    Pour ground beef and onion on top of cabbage; add rice, tomato soup and water in skillet and mix well.
    Pour over cabbage and beef mixture.
    Bake in oven at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour, uncovered.
