Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Ricotta cheese
6 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
8 oz. thin spaghetti
1/2 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 large egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. fresh basil or 1/4 tsp. dried
1/2 lb. ground beef
3/4 lb. Italian sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. dried basil and oregano
1/4 c. white wine
Preparation

Make Crust:
Combine the cooked spaghetti, garlic, butter, Parmesan cheese, egg and basil.
Mix well.
