Green Tomato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 2/3 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 1/2 c. thinly sliced green tomatoes
    3 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter
    pastry for 2 pie crusts
Preparation
    Combine the sugar and flour in a bowl.
    Stir in remaining ingredients, except the butter and the pastry shells.
    Pour in pie shell and dot with butter.
    Add the top crust.
    Cut slits in top of crust.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce the temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake for 30 minutes or until done.
    Serve with wedge of cheese, if desired.
