Yeast Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. warm buttermilk
    1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/2 c. warm water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. shortening or 1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Add enough flour to make dough easily handled, about 3 1/2 cups.
    Roll and cut biscuits.
    Place in pan and set in warm place to rise, 30 to 45 minutes.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
