Oven Barbecue Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 lb. boneless brisket
    onion salt
    garlic salt
    celery salt
    3 oz. liquid smoke
    salt and pepper
    Worcestershire sauce
    3/4 c. barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Sprinkle the brisket with the onion, garlic and celery salt. Marinate overnight in liquid smoke.
    In the morning, sprinkle the meat with salt and pepper to taste and Worcestershire sauce.
    Bake in liquid smoke 5 hours in heavy foil at 275\u00b0 or until meat is tender.
    Baste with barbecue sauce and bake a little longer.
    Let cool and slice.
    Reheat if necessary.
