Ingredients

1 c. butter, softened
1 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
2 eggs
12 oz. chocolate chips
2 1/4 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream together butter, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs; sift together flour, soda and salt. Gradually add to creamed mixture.
Mix until well blended.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Makes 5 dozen.
