Vegetable Tortellini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2.8 oz. can Durkee onions
    8 oz. tortellini
    16 oz. pkg. frozen vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower and carrot mixture)
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
    Use 1/2 can Durkee onions in the mixture.
    Pour in a 2.8 liter baking dish and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 of Durkee onions on top for the last 10 minutes of baking.
    Cover while baking.
