Crunchy Cinnamon Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. Post Grape-Nuts flakes, lightly crushed
    1 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar, divided
    1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon, divided
    4 c. all-purpose baking mix
    1 1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. fat-free milk, divided
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/4 c. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Combine cereal, 1 cup of brown sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon; set aside. Mix together baking mix, remaining 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 1/4 cups of milk, eggs and oil until just blended. Pour half of batter into 9 x 13 pan sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with half of cereal mixture. Repeat layers. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until toothpick in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Whisk together powdered sugar, remaining 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and remaining 2 tablespoons milk until well blended. Drizzle over coffee cake. Let stand until set. Makes 24 servings.
