Pretzel Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. crushed pretzels (not fine)
3/4 c. melted margarine (1 1/2 sticks)
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 (10 oz.) container whipped topping
1 large pkg. strawberry jello
1 1/2 c. hot water
1 1/2 c. cold water
1 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Mix pretzels, margarine and 3 tablespoons sugar.
Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake for 8 minutes.
Remove from oven and break up into pieces and cool.
