Blueberry Oat Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 c. uncooked quick cooking oats
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 large eggs, lightly beaten
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. butter flavoring
    1 c. fresh blueberries
Preparation
    Combine first 7 ingredients in large bowl; make a well in center of mixture.
    Combine eggs and next 4 ingredients.
    Add to dry ingredients stirring just until moistened.
    Fold in blueberries.
    Spoon into greased muffin pans filling 3/4 full. Bake at 400\u00b0 18 to 20 minutes.
    Remove from pans immediately.
