Peach Tapioca Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. tapioca (Minute)
    1 qt. water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice
Preparation
    Bring 3 cups
    water to boiling point.
    Soak tapioca in other cup of water while water comes to boil, stirring occasionally. Add tapioca to water and
    bring to boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add sugar, salt
    and
    orange
    juice.
    Just before serving, add 1 quart frozen peaches and 1 1/2 cups sliced bananas.
    Makes 1/2 gallon.
