Chicken Breast Dijon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken breast, skinned
    1/2 c. Dijon mustard
    1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation
    Preheat skill and oil.
    Pound breast until about 1 1/2 times original size.
    Coat liberally with mustard, then dredge in bread crumbs.
    Saute on both sides until just firm and starting to brown, 3 minutes per side.
    Cover and steam in natural juices for 4 to 6 minutes.
