Steak Sylvester - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak
    salt and pepper
    garlic powder
    sesame oil
    2 bunches green onion tops
    Worcestershire sauce
    soy sauce
    rice or mashed potatoes
Preparation
    Cut steak into serving pieces.
    Salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.
    Brown quickly in oil.
    Drain oil, leaving brown in bottom of skillet.
    Brown the cut onion tops.
    Pour some water over onions and return steak to skillet.
    Add Worcestershire and soy sauce to taste.
    Simmer 2 or 3 hours.
    Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
    This is a thin dark gravy.
