Summer Squash Pie(Yellow) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1/2 stick butter or oleo
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. coconut flavoring
    1 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    2 c. grated squash
Preparation
    Wash and cut off both ends, grate entire squash, rind included and mix with the above mixture.
    Put into two 9-inch pie tins. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
