Straw Hay - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. linguini
    4 oz. green linguini
    water
    1/2 c. butter
    8 oz. cooked ham, cut in strips
    3/4 c. cooked peas
    1 (2 1/2 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. whipping cream
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Boil linguini in salted water; drain.
    Add butter, ham, peas and mushrooms.
    In small bowl, beat egg yolks and cream with fork until foamy.
    Slowly add cream mix to linguini.
    Mix well.
    Stir in 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese.
    Stir gently over medium heat until thickened.
    Add remainder Parmesan cheese.
    Serves 8.
