Diabetic Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda (add last)
    1/2 c. corn oil
    2 Tbsp. liquid sweetener
    2 eggs
    3 ripe bananas, mashed
    4 Tbsp. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. raisins
    1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Sift flour.
    Add oil and sweetener.
    Mix until light.
    Beat eggs.
    Add other ingredients; mix well.
    Bake in tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Fresh apples may be used instead of bananas.
