Squash Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. squash, sliced thin
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. Bisquick
    grated onion (amount desired)
    sprinkle of black pepper
Preparation
    Beat eggs, oil, cheese, onion and squash.
    Add Bisquick until well coated.
    Spray a 9 x 9-inch square pan with Pam.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serve warm or chilled.
