Iced Apple Tea - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tea bags
    4 c. boiling water
    1 Tbsp. honey
    2 c. chilled apple juice or cider
    4 lemon slices
    4 mint sprigs
Preparation
    Place tea bags in a pitcher; cover with boiling water.
    Steep for 5 minutes.
    Squeeze tea bags and discard.
    Stir in honey until dissolved.
    Stir in apple juice.
    Chill or add ice cubes to glasses.
    Pour into tall glass; add lemon slice and mint spring. Very refreshing!
