Popover Pancake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
    juice of 1/2 lemon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Combine flour, milk and eggs.
    Batter will be lumpy.
    Put butter into 12-inch round frypan.
    Place pan in oven and allow to become very hot.
    Pour batter into pan.
    Bake for 20 minutes or until the pancake is puffed and golden brown. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar and lemon juice.
