Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Egg Beaters
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    10 slices toast (white bread)
Preparation
    Cut bread into 1-inch cubes.
    In a large bowl, combine milk, sugar, Egg Beaters, vanilla, cinnamon and salt.
    Stir in bread cubes and pour into a greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Place baking dish into a pan of water 1-inch deep.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 65 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
    Makes 4 servings. Preparation time:
    1 hour and 15 minutes.
