20 Minute Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. warm water
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
3 c. flour
2 Tbsp. shortening, melted
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in a large warm mixing bowl. Add sugar, salt and unbeaten egg. Add flour gradually, mixing well.
Beat and add shortening. Fill well-greased muffin pans 1/3 full.
Let rise in warm place until level with pan or about 30 minutes. Bake at 375\u00b0 or 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
