Baked Cabbage Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. coarsely shredded green cabbage
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 small onion, sliced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in ungreased 2-quart casserole.
    Cover and bake until cabbage is crisp-tender, about 45 to 50 minutes in 325\u00b0 oven.
    Makes 6 servings.
