Wild Rice And Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pork sausage
    1 (6 oz.) box Uncle Ben's long and wild rice mixture with seasonings
    1 (10 oz.) can chicken and rice soup
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. celery
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt
    1/8 tsp. onion salt
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 small bay leaf
    3 tsp. chopped onions
    2 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation
    Cook and drain sausage.
    Cook rice according to package directions.
    Combine all ingredients, except cheese and place in a 9 x 13-inch ungreased baking dish.
    Cover with cheese.
    Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
