Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
6 c. spaghetti sauce
1 (16 oz.) pkg. rippled edge lasagna noodles
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 c. cottage cheese
2 c. Cheddar cheese
4 eggs
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Brown meat in 3-quart saucepan; add sauce and simmer about 10 minutes.
Cook lasagna according to package directions.
Mix together Mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, cottage cheese, Cheddar cheese, eggs, parsley, salt and pepper for filling. Starting with noodles, layer noodles, sauce and cheese, making sure you have cheese to go on top.
Bake covered with aluminum foil at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
Remove foil, bake for 10 minutes more, until lightly browned.
