Obazd'N - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    4 (5 oz.) Camembert
    3 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese (soft)
    1 oz. sweet butter (soft)
    1 small yellow onion, in cubes
    cumin seed
    salt
    white pepper
    Hungarian paprika
    1 or 2 Tbsp. beer
Preparation
    Cut onions and Camembert in small cubes.
    Mix all ingredients and serve on French bread or (if you have) with warm salt pretzels.
    This mix should not be liquid.
    Serves 4 to 6.
