Peanut Butter Temptations - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (10 oz.) box mini chocolate-covered peanut butter cups
Preparation

Cream butter, peanut butter, sugar and brown sugar together. Beat in egg and vanilla.
Add flour, baking soda and salt; make a soft dough.
Shape into 1-inch balls.
Place in tea size papers in tea size tins.
Bake until lightly brown.
Immediately after removing from oven, press peanut butter cup into center of each cookie until only the top of candy shows.
Cool 10 minutes, then remove from tins.
Makes about 4 dozen.
