Rice And Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. link sausages
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. Lipton chicken noodle soup mix
4 stalks celery, chopped
1 whole medium onion, chopped
1 1/4 c. brown or white quick rice
2 1/2 c. water
Preparation

Brown sausages in skillet (first cut into chunks).
Add onion and celery and cook until done.
Place all in Pam sprayed casserole dish.
Add soup, soup mix and rice.
Stir and add water. Check fairly often to see if dry.
If so, add a little more water.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
