Pea-Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. petite peas
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    2 hard-cooked eggs
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. chopped white onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    6 medium tomatoes
    lettuce leaves
Preparation
    Combine in large bowl peas, cheese cubes, chopped eggs, celery, onion and pimiento.
    Combine mayonnaise, salt, hot pepper sauce and pepper.
    Mix all together.
    Slice tomatoes in quarters. Serve over lettuce and tomatoes.
