Delicious Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large jar Vlassic pickles (kosher if you like)
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. white vinegar
    1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Pour off all liquid and slice pickles bread and butter size. Put back in jar.
    Over the pickles put the sugar, vinegar and celery seed.
    Put lid back on and tip so that sugar and vinegar are distributed.
    Refrigerate for 3 to 5 days, tipping the jar occasionally, to distribute the juice.
