Harvest Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    2 c. shredded Cheddar
    1 can cream of chicken soup (no water)
    1/2 c. melted oleo
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Partially thaw the hash brown frozen potatoes.
    Mix all ingredients together in baking dish.
    Put on topping of 3 cups crushed corn flakes mixed with 1/2 cup melted oleo.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
