Spicy Black Bean Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) can Rotel (or other brand diced tomatoes and green chiles)
    1 (15 oz.) can black beans
    Minute Rice (or other instant rice)
    Tortilla, corn chips, or tortilla chips
    Pepperjack cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Pour Rotel and beans into casserole dish.
    Fill empty Rotel can with uncooked rice and stir into dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about a half-hour or until rice is cooked.
    Top with slices or shreds of pepperjack cheese.
    Serve on tortillas, as dip with low-fat corn ships or alone as an entree.
