Microwave Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. peeled, diced potatoes
1 c. carrots
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. celery
3 c. chicken broth
3 c. cubed Velveeta cheese
2 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
-
Combine diced potatoes, carrots, onion and celery.
Cover and cook for 10 minutes; drain and mash.
Add chicken broth, Velveeta cheese, milk, flour and pepper.
Microwave 1/2 power for 20 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
Freezes well!
