Warm Baguette Club Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16-inch loaf crusty bread (any type)
    4 Tbsp. honey mustard
    1/3 lb. smoked turkey
    1/3 lb. smoked ham
    6 oz. Vermont Cheddar
    2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
    3/4 lb. bacon, broiled crisp
    freshly ground pepper
    lettuce
    butter/mayonnaise (optional)
Preparation
    Slice bread lengthwise, slightly scooping out center.
    Spread each half with mustard (and butter/mayonnaise, if desired).
    Layer turkey, ham, cheese and tomatoes on bottom half.
    Sprinkle with pepper and top with bacon. Place top half of bread on sandwich. Wrap tightly in foil. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Cut into slices. Add lettuce, if desired.
    Serve warm.
    Excellent with soup, crisp vegetables, corn-on-the-cob and brownies.
    Serves 4 to 6.
