Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 c. zucchini cubes
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    2 c. tomatoes, cut up
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In a small saucepan, melt butter. Saute green pepper and onions.
    Add zucchini, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Turn into a covered 1-quart casserole dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Remove from oven. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top. Makes 6 servings.
