Tuna Cutlets(Prepare The Day Before) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. shortening, melted
    1/2 c. flour
    salt and pepper
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 (12 oz.) can tuna
    1 egg, beaten with 1 Tbsp. water
    1 c. bread or cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook and stir shortening and flour together. Slowly add milk and cook to a heavy white sauce, adding salt and pepper. Remove from heat and add tuna. Mix well. Pour into a shallow baking dish. Cover and chill overnight.
