Ice Cream Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. granola
    1/4 c. caramel or chocolate topping
    1 qt. vanilla ice cream
Preparation
    Sprinkle 2 cups of granola in ungreased 9 x 9 x 2-inch square baking dish.
    Drizzle with topping.
    Cut ice cream into 1-inch slices.
    Place on granola in pan.
    Let stand until slightly softened.
    Spread evenly.
    Sprinkle with remaining granola.
    Cover and freeze until firm, about 6 hours.
    Serve with additional, if desired.
