Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 baked pastry shell
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. whipped cream
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 pkg. frozen sliced strawberries
1 c. hot water

Preparation

Add sugar and vanilla to softened cream cheese; beat well until smooth.
Fold in whipped cream.
Spread over bottom of baked shell; chill.
Combine strawberry gelatin and hot water, stirring until dissolved.
Add strawberries.
Pour over mixture in chilled pie crust.
