Rice And Chili Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. sour cream
    1 small can green chilies, chopped
    1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
    Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook rice as usual.
    Season with butter, salt and pepper. Butter 9-inch casserole dish.
    Place in layers in this order: rice, sour cream, chilies, Monterey Jack strips.
    Spread a top layer with sour cream.
    Dot with butter and sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
