Strawberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced strawberries
    4 eggs
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Defrost berries.
    Beat eggs until fluffy.
    Add oil, sugar and berries.
    Sift flour, cinnamon, soda and salt into a bowl.
    Add berry mixture; mix well.
    Stir in nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in 2 greased and floured 8 x 4 x 2-inch loaf pans for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Serve with whipped creamed cheese or butter.
